trjl Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "trjl," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the trjl platform and the entity operating it under PAGCOR licensing regulations in the Philippines.
• "Platform" refers to the trjl website accessible at trjl.net, including all games, services, features, and content made available through it.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the trjl Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered player profile created upon successful completion of the trjl registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player and available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits, free spins value, or bonus funds credited by trjl under specific promotional terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum total betting volume required before Bonus Balance can be converted to Real Money Balance or withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process mandated by PAGCOR and applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body that licenses and oversees gaming operations in the Philippines.

By accessing the trjl Platform, clicking to register an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, as well as the trjl Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game rules or promotional terms that apply to the activities you engage in.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the trjl Platform and, if registered, contact trjl support to close your account.

These Terms & Conditions are available in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

To register and use the trjl Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing real-money gaming platforms.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming of this nature is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not been previously suspended or permanently banned from the trjl Platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of trjl or its affiliated entities.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Each player is permitted to maintain only one active account on the trjl Platform. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, trjl reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any bonus balances, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Notify trjl support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account;
• Not permit any third party — including family members — to access or use your account for any reason.

trjl will never contact you via email, chat, or any other channel to request your password. Any communication claiming to be from trjl that asks for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

Account information such as registered email address, phone number, or payment method may be updated by contacting trjl support and completing the required identity verification process. Name changes are not permitted unless supported by official legal documentation evidencing a name change (e.g., marriage certificate or court order).

trjl accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱20. Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. trjl does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.

All funds deposited into your trjl account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, anonymous payment sources, or methods that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder are not permitted and may trigger a full KYC review and account suspension.

Deposits may be subject to temporary holds pending routine verification. trjl is not liable for any delays in deposit crediting caused by third-party payment providers, bank processing times, or system maintenance periods.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with trjl's anti-money laundering procedures. You may request a withdrawal of your Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account has passed all required KYC verification checks;
• There are no active investigations, disputes, or account holds on your account;
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus balances have been fully met before the bonus portion is included in the withdrawal;
• The withdrawal amount does not include funds that are the subject of a chargeback dispute.

GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours of approval. BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers are processed within standard banking hours on business days. trjl targets a processing time of one business day for all approved withdrawal requests but does not guarantee this timeline and is not liable for delays outside its direct control.

trjl reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence — including requesting additional identity documents — before approving any withdrawal above certain thresholds, as required by PAGCOR and AMLA regulations. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the balance returned to your account.

trjl offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is made available, including any applicable wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps.

General bonus terms applicable to all trjl promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who have completed KYC verification;
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address;
• Bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the stated wagering requirement before any withdrawal is permitted;
• Where a player holds both a Real Money Balance and a Bonus Balance, wagering will be deducted from Real Money Balance first unless otherwise specified;
• trjl reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable;
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, collusion, or exploitation of system errors will be cancelled without notice.

All games available on the trjl Platform — including bingo, slots, color game, live dealer games, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you acknowledge and accept the applicable game rules.

All Random Number Generator (RNG)-based games on trjl use independently certified RNG systems to determine outcomes. These systems are tested and audited for fairness and statistical integrity by approved third-party testing laboratories. trjl does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence RNG results after a game round has commenced.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, trjl's technical logs shall be the primary source of truth for determining the outcome and any applicable payout. trjl is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's side. Where a game outcome cannot be determined due to a system error on trjl's side, the wager amount will be returned to the player's Real Money Balance.

For sports betting, all markets are settled in accordance with the official result recognized by the relevant governing body or league. trjl reserves the right to void any bet that was placed based on information that was publicly available before the market odds were adjusted, or where a market was offered in clear error.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the trjl Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Opening or operating more than one trjl account;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the Platform;
• Depositing funds from stolen, unauthorized, or disputed payment instruments;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the Platform's software or game content;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing trjl staff, agents, or other players through any communication channel;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law;
• Allowing a person under the age of 21 to access or use your account.

All content on the trjl Platform — including but not limited to the trjl brand name, logo, domain name, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of trjl or its licensed content providers, and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any trjl content without express written consent;
• Use the trjl name, logo, or branding in any commercial context;
• Create derivative works based on any trjl content;
• Use any data mining, scraping, or automated data collection tools on the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of trjl intellectual property will be pursued to the full extent permitted by applicable law.

trjl is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. Gaming should always be a form of entertainment — not a means to generate income or resolve financial difficulties. trjl provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account;
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic reminders or account locks after a specified time period;
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you may lose in a given period;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend account access for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely lock your account — once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen period.

trjl reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where our monitoring systems detect patterns that may indicate problem gambling behavior, including but not limited to sudden increases in deposit frequency, extended session durations, or repeated large loss events.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, trjl, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any content, services, or games offered thereon.

trjl's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their trjl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

trjl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. trjl is not responsible for losses arising from:

• Internet or network connectivity failures on the player's side;
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, or national emergencies;
• Third-party payment provider delays, errors, or outages;
• Unauthorized access to a player's account where the player has failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials.

You may close your trjl account at any time by contacting trjl support. Upon account closure, any Real Money Balance (net of any applicable bonus restrictions) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

trjl reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Evidence of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant, and trjl may charge an administration fee on dormant account balances in accordance with applicable regulations;
• Direction from PAGCOR, a court of competent jurisdiction, or any other regulatory authority;
• Where trjl determines, in its sole discretion, that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

In cases of account termination for breach, trjl reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Balance and withhold withdrawals pending investigation. Real Money Balance will be dealt with in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the trjl Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through trjl's internal dispute resolution process by contacting trjl support at [email protected]. trjl will endeavor to respond to all formal dispute notices within ten (10) business days.

Where internal resolution is not achieved, disputes may be referred to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution mechanism or, where applicable, to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above processes.

trjl reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, trjl will provide reasonable advance notice via email to the address registered on your account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the trjl Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact trjl support to close your account before the changes take effect.
